A comfortable four-bedroom home in North Chatham, near Ryder's Cove, and Jackknife Beach for awesome swimming and sailing! The upstairs family room offers a 42 inch HDTV and Blue Ray DVD, and double futon! (This room also functions as the 4th bedroom.) There is a great yard for all kinds of summer fun, with a nice big deck. Take advantage of the ping pong table in the basement for rainy days! Lovely kitchen and living room space. Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, and yummy food the Chatham Village Bakery as well! About one mile to shops, restaurants and Jackknife Beach on Pleasant Bay, and a bit further to Lighthouse Beach. Only about one mile to the Chatham A's field, the playground, and kid-friendly swimming at Oyster Pond. This house has a central location to the Wequassett Inn and Orleans as well!
