Location location location
This was our second year at the Craven. And, yes- we booked our 3rd year for 2024 before leaving. It’s that amazing. You are right behind Main St ( surprisingly quiet and peaceful at the house) and our group loves walking to the shops, restaurants and a quick 10 min walk to Lighthouse beach from the house. Home is spacious and has everything you need, including a large back yard for lawn games and grilling out. The outdoor shower is perfect after a beach day! Enough room for everyone to spread out. Kids love the basement and “ privacy “ to watch TV and hang out without the adults. The Squire is literally in your front yard- but the trees and driveway give you seclusion. It’s the most fun location. Don’t miss out on this house!

Great Stay
This house is perfect for a large gathering. Feels very private and yet incredibly close to town. The only negative was the distance to the beach. We had 4 small children, so driving to the beach was a must. I would highly recommend this property if you don’t mind the beach drive. Walkable for adults!

Right in the center of everything!
Couldn’t be happier! The rental process was amazing! Pine Acres has the most amazing staff! The house is HUGE! Kitchen is very well stocked, pantry even has an extra coffee maker, blender, washer and dryer. The bedroom has very comfortable beds, the basement is completely redone with 2 twin beds, a treadmill, weights, and full bathroom. The yard is the perfect side for yard games after a great day at the beach. We loved that we could walk for dinner and drinks, send the teenagers out for ice cream, and do plenty of shopping on Main Street. The sunroom is great for morning coffee or afternoon naps on the comfy couches. The front porch has seating along with some storage for beach toys etc, the house comes with extra beach chairs. I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful, Completely Renovated!!
WOW, perfect getaway for a large family gathering. So much space and done so well that you can always find a quiet place to work/read. The kitchen is well equipped, and on the few occasions that we did cook, we did not want for anything. Great location for walks in town, to Chatham light or the fish pier. You'll definitely need a car (or the convenient shuttle service to lighthouse beach) to visit the multiple beaches that the Cape has to offer. We will rent this gorgeous home again!!!

Terrific Updated Farmhouse!
This is a spacious farmhouse in the downtown of Chatham where you can walk to everything. We have rented the home for a week for several summers now and enjoy the ample parking, location, kitchen, and bedrooms.

Cool House with Central Location

Great House and location!
We rented this updated farmhouse for a family reunion celebrating my father's 90th birthday. The location (downtown behind the Squire restaurant) is top notch, walk to shops and restaurants. The layout of the house is terrific, master bedroom and bath on the main floor (great for my dad), a master BR and bath on the second level, plus three other bedrooms and 2 baths. The sunroom was a popular hang out spot as was the front porch. The lower level family room, card/dining table, bedroom and bath suited our adult kids very nicely. They had a quiet place to work during the day and to watch movies, play cards late into the evening without worrying about keeping us awake. The kitchen has been renovated recently, and really nice to cook in. We will rent this property again!
