This cozy three-bedroom home has a fun bonus space above the garage. The main home was updated in 2022, new paint, new furniture, and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The room over the garage houses a fourth bedroom that has a separate AC unit and a beautiful European-style bathroom (renovated in 2023), making it a perfect, private getaway for in-laws, couples, teenagers, or perhaps a nanny.
We invite you to come home after an amazing day at the beach to enjoy the outdoor shower and spacious deck in our very private, fenced-in backyard. We are a pet friendly* home, so imagine your children and pets playing safely outside while dinner is being prepared. Picture yourself relaxing with your summer reading or local library books in one of the hammocks on the property. Hang-out by the fire pit under string lights after a fantastic day of shopping in town. Play Bocce Ball or Cornhole in the side yard near the second hammock after returning from one of the many day trips the Cape has to offer. Our stay at this rental house was absolutely perfect for our family! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the house looked—inside and out. The décor was so tasteful and welcoming, and the home was fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you could think of. It truly felt like a home away from home. The laundry closet was well-equipped with everything we needed for the week, and the bathrooms were spotless. The bedrooms were just right for our family of 8—and even our dog had plenty of space to enjoy! The apartment above the garage was such a charming addition, with its own adorable bathroom that we loved. The yard was a huge bonus—perfect for our dog to run and play safely. We also really enjoyed the fire pit area, where we spent cozy evenings under the stars as a family. Great location to CBI and Nauset Beach
We are definitely consider renting this property again. Super cute and lots of room. Our daughter loved the inlaw - being 23 and having her own "crib"!! Our only comment was the smell of mold as we first entered the property.
