The perfect spot to send the kids on a rainy day! The living room has a 52" flat screen television for your viewing pleasure, and the kids can enjoy the second TV in the spacious sun porch! The dining room included seating for 8 and a counter with additional seating. A sliding door leads out to the shady back yard with a Weber grill, picnic table and additional seating. 41 Bucks Creek is a short, 10 minute walk to beautiful Hardings Beach, one of Chatham's best family beaches. The house is a short drive to Ridgevale Beach and only 3 miles from the popular shopping streets of Chatham. This cottage is great for 2 families. Walk to the creek and kayak (shed behind the house for storing bikes, golf equipment and other gear). Bucks Creek is a quiet street that is good for bike riding or strolling to the creek and gazing out at the sunset.
