Jonas is a gem!
Amazing sunsets! The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous all day long. The house has anything a large family could ever need from household amenities to bikes, chairs, etc. Quick walk to private beach, which was perfect for the little ones! Interior dated, but the wonderful location sells the house. Sketchy wi-fi is an issue that should be addressed if possible. A trim of the rear hedges would enhance the already wonderful views of the marsh. That said, we hope to return next year. Chatham Breezes
The Jones property is a traditional Cape Cod seaside home with unmatched water views. The relaxed atmosphere makes you feel right at home and speaks to the years of multiple generations creating lasting, life time memories. Adventures abound right outside the front door -- hiking to Stage Harbor Lighthouse, fishing and/or sunbathing at your own private beach, kayaking the marshes, bike riding on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, shopping downtown Chatham and walking the neighborhood(s) -- or you can simply relax at the house and take in the nonstop ever changing views.
