SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTALS ONLY This comfy, updated 4 bedroom and pet-friendly Cape, is located in the very desirable Harding's Hills neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk to family-friendly Hardings Beach! It offers a spacious kitchen and plenty of living space. The deck is right off the kitchen, perfect for your morning coffee and relaxing dinner cookouts. Cookout every night, with your choice of a gas or charcoal grill! It is just steps to the Hardings Hills Association Dock/Picnic Area, the perfect spot for lunch or dinner with your friends and family. You can also put your kayak into the water and enjoy Buck's Creek, as well as venture out to the Nantucket Sound. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meals on the spacious deck off the kitchen. Everyone will love to take advantage of the enclosed outdoor shower after a busy day. There is a peek of Nantucket Sound from upstairs too! This wonderful beach cottage is only about a half-mile walk to Larry's PX for early morning coffee with the locals and is also a quick drive to Downtown Chatham. There is also easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail!
