Fabulous Home!
Our extended family recently rented this property, and we couldn't have been happier! It was charming, clean, well-appointed, and much bigger than we anticipated! Pride of ownership is evident throughout the entire house. We appreciated all of the amenities, including the air conditioners, access to beach items, a fully-stocked kitchen, the back porch, and more! Of course, the location was perfect. We enjoyed easy walks to the beach and into town! We will definitely be returning next year! My family and I had such an amazing stay. Even though the house is old, it was quite large and accommodated 3 couples and 2 kids perfectly. The first floor had two twin bed and the 4 upstairs bedrooms had a king, queen, and 2 twins in the other 2 bedrooms. We did wish the king bed was in the downstairs bedroom but not a huge deal! The house was clean but could have used a deep clean. And that kitchen floor needs updating but I’m still giving 5 stars because of the convenient location, pricing, and ability to accommodate a large group. The beach was about a two min walk and main st was about 5 min. We even walked to Chatham Barrs Inn which took 10 min! We loved not having to pack the kids up in the car every time we went somewhere.
