It is located between Chatham and South Orleans, a wonderful spot that is about 2 miles to shopping in downtown Chatham, the Chatham Bars Inn and Lighthouse Beach, as well as the beautiful Wequassett Inn! You can easily head to Nauset Beach in Orleans to "ride the waves", a 20 minute drive, or head in the other direction to the warm waters of Chatham's Nantucket Sound Beaches. (You do need to purchase parking passes for all beaches from town websites). The open floor plan with lots of living space, is perfect for an extended family to gather together for a big dinner and a movie, or game night! This lovely home features an en-suite master bedroom with King bed and private deck on the first floor, as well as four more bedrooms. The finished bedroom above the garage is also en-suite, with a Queen and a Twin daybed. Plenty of space for your family and friends, including a spacious media room with 55 inch TV! Everyone will love hanging out by the pool for dinner and cocktails, after a busy day at the beach and shopping. This is the place to be!

Wow!
This is a gorgeous and well laid out home built for entertaining. If it happens to not be the best beach day, there is plenty to do at home. The hosts are extremely generous is offering so many amenities that included a VitaMix, Kitchen Aid mixer, Food processor, a Margaritaville machine, Frontgate Pool floats, Sonos in the living area and outside areas, firepit, beach towels and chairs, a cooler bag for the beach, an a 10 person outdoor dining table. Not to mention pool table, media room and an awesome heated pool and jacuzzi! The well thought out books made for a great beach day read were another bonus. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, plastic wrap, plastic containers, and spices. The décor is clean, up to date and well done. Lastly, a shout out to Pine Acres Chatham Vacation Rentals for being very responsive to any questions we had.
